Sleeping naked is considered to have a range of health boosting benefits that range from increasing male virility to reducing stress. It makes life a bit easier when you leave that extra baggage aside.

It maintains your body temperature: It is claimed that there is a direct link between insomnia and poor body temperature regulation. The reason being people keep on waking up at night is because of getting overheated. However, by getting rid of clothes, the body can maintain its own temperature better.
