TIPS & TRICKS TO MANAGE YOUR FRIZZY HAIR

Blame it on humidity or your genes but this frizz some days make you look like a glamorous chic and other day makes you look like a terrible disaster. We have research and found some of the best tips and tricks to get a frizz free hair and lifestyle.

Below are few expert tips and tricks to manage your frizz and keep them under control.

STARTING FROM THE SHOWER

Dry hair is more likely to frizz so why not hydrate them in the shower itself. Shampoos and Conditioners with ingredients of moisturizing hair are now in markets. Frizzy hair people must keep themselves away from sulfate as it drys the hair in no time. Instead use products with coconut oil, argan oil, avocado oil, camellia oil and sebacic acid.

PROTECT BEYOND

Apply cream or serum after you are done the washing, to add protection.

LET GO THE HEAT

Heat for hair is never good and heat for frizzy hair is a very bad idea. Frizzy hair happens due to the lack of moisture, the less heat you do the more natural moisture your hair will have. Heat absorbs the little moisture your hair has and makes it drier.

FIND THE BASICS

Who doesn’t know the benefits of coconut oil? If you don’t have it in your kitchen or home, easily buy it from the nearest market. Don’t use much at one time as its heavy but it works as a great mask to give shine and strength to your frizzy hair.

EVERY TWO MONTHS HAIRCUT

Split ends make you lose moisture and makes them look frizzy. They make your hair look more fuzzy and dry. Its advised to get a haircut regularly to trim the dead part of your hair.

WASH BUT WASH IT IN BALANCE

People with frizzy hair shouldn’t wash their hair more than twice a week. There’s no harm in washing once either as washing too much can take off the natural moisture from your hair. Keep it to right level according to your hair type.

SLEEP WITH IT

We suggest sleeping in silk pillowcase as cotton pillow makes hair much more frizzy and worse. Invest in hair mask to give your hair moisture. Apply once a week and sleep in it wearing a shower cap. There are also hydrating hair masks to keep the moisture level up.
