Spend time with your close people: Spending time with your family and friends and relaxing with them will make you calm and fresh. Talking to them will make your mind relax and refreshing. It will positive your thinking and clears your doubts. Sharing your anxiety will help you learn and feel better.
Activity well: Eat healthy fruits and vegetables; don’t get anxious after seeing something tempting. Sleep properly, give rest to your body and relax properly. Don’t develop negative thoughts, play sports or games or do other physical activities like dancing, swimming, to make your body full of oxygen and tiring for a sound sleep.
Think of the positives: Focus on goods’ rather than the bad things in your life. See your life as a beautiful challenge. Dream about the fabulous things you want in life and work on achieving.
Make these feelings help you and your body alert and give you the advantage to handle things more appropriately.
