She has the perfect hourglass figure, which many damsels envy about and millions men desire to reach her. But to get such perfect shape is not a facile task as one has to shed lot of sweat and have to follow rigorous fitness regime. Let’s unwrap Deepika’s fitness and diet regime….!
Deepika keeps hitting the gym frequently, though she has a busy schedule but makes a point to go gym whenever she can, even if she is shooting outdoors she utilizes the hotel gym. Her typical workout routine is a mix og weight training and cardio which helps her losing the weight and toning up the body. Recently she has also incorporated yoga in her daily fitness regime which helps her revitalizing both mind and soul and if she can’t go to the gym she does a half an hour walk twice a day. Deepika is a proficient dancer in many dance forms like Kathak, Bharat Natyam and many more. When she is not in the mood for gymming she loves stomping her foot in these dance forms as she believes that these forms gave her poise, grace and also keeps her fit.
She also believes that her body’s agility and flexibility is owing from the days she used to play badminton, as she did lots of running before she starts the game.
Deepika’s Diet Regime
She has no qualms about it as she’s a self-confessed foodie and loves to gorge on different delicacies, she does not like to starve and eats with responsibility. And when she gluttonize she makes sure to workout accordingly, she states the only diet or exercise is not going help one has to make a proper blend of these two.
In her breakfast she likes South Indian food – idli, upma, dosa and so forth and sometimes may even include paranthas also. On shoots she prefers to have food from her home like dal, subzi, chapati, rice and salad, in case, if she is having food from studio, she prefers idlis as they are light. In snacks she likes to fruits like mangos, grapes and her all-time fovorite coconut water. And for dinner, she likes it to be light – no rice and no non-veg, prefers only porridges with pickle or dal and steamed veggies.
She also has a sweet tooth and loves to have dark chocolates, even trying hard to get over it but haves them oftenly.
